“The Vacaville Business Club is a, by invitation only referral club. There is no cost to join the club. Only one person from each business category may be a member of the group at any one time, (companies may have multiple members but conflicts of interest are dis-allowed). Membership may be terminated for two or more unexcused absences in a row, failure to maintain a regular attendance or failure to provide qualified referrals on a regular basis. Membership may also be terminated for any un-ethical activities such as dishonesty, failure to pay a bill to another club member or referral outside the club. All termination decisions are made by the Club Chairman, Co-Chairman or appointed committee chairs, all decisions are final.
